We price on the size of the move, the access at both ends, and the distance. After a quick chat or an in-home assessment we give you a fixed written quote, so the number you see is the number you pay. There are no hourly surprises and no charges added on the day for things we should have asked about up front.

For most home and apartment moves we give a fixed written quote. We prefer it because it removes the stress of watching the clock on moving day. For some open-ended jobs an hourly rate makes more sense, and if so we will tell you the rate, the crew size, and a realistic time range before you commit.

Anything that affects the job is worked out at quote time, not sprung on you later. If your building has a tight lift, a long carry from the truck, or several flights of stairs, we factor it in when we assess the move. That is exactly why we ask about access before quoting.

For a standard Eastern Suburbs move, one to two weeks notice is comfortable. End of month and the days around settlement get busy, so the more notice you can give for those dates the better. If you need us sooner, call us anyway, as we can often fit in shorter-notice moves.

Yes. We run Saturday moves regularly and can arrange Sunday or after-hours moves by arrangement, which suits office relocations and strata buildings that only allow lift bookings outside business hours. Let us know your preferred window and we will work to it.

Every move includes blankets, padding and shrink wrap for your furniture as standard. Timber, glass and upholstered pieces are wrapped before they leave the room, and we use floor runners and door protection in apartments and heritage homes. Careful handling is the whole point of what we do.

We move in most weather. Our crews carry extra protection for wet days and take more care with footing and floors. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we will talk you through the options rather than rush, but a normal Sydney shower does not stop a well-run move.

Yes. We carry transit and public liability cover, and our crews are police-checked and uniformed. We are happy to talk through what the cover means for your move and what we recommend for high-value items so you know exactly where you stand before the truck arrives.

Yes, and these are the items where careful handling matters most. Pianos are padded and moved with the right equipment, artwork and mirrors are corner-protected and crated where needed, and antiques are wrapped individually. Tell us what you have and we will plan the handling around it.
